两种木/塑复合材的吸水性能

摘  要:
将两种木塑复合材Strandex和Trex甲板材试件被浸泡在5℃和25℃的水中达半年之久,然后测量其距端面和侧表面不同距离位置的含水率,分析水分分布特点及其对真菌腐蚀可能产生的影响。水分的总吸收量增长缓慢,尤其是Strandex,但集中在表层5mm的水分足以满足真菌生长的需要。水分向材料内部传递的速度十分缓慢,绝大部分内部材料仍保持干燥状态。提高水温能够加快材料的吸水速度, 5℃与25℃情况相比差异显著。

摘  要:
The samples of two wood/plastic composite (WPC), Strandex  and Trex  , were immersed in water of 5℃ and 25℃ for more than half a ye ar. Moisture content of different position in samples was measured, by which moi sture distribution was evaluated and fungi survival was analyzed. Moisture incre ment in two composites was very slow, especially for Strandex ○ R , but most water concentrated in the surface o f 5mm thickness, which is suitable for fungal survival. Water transferred inwa rd was so slow that the core was still dry after soaking for a long time. Water temperature could affect water sorption ability, and the samples soaking at 5 ℃ and 25℃ showed significant different sorption.
