干热处理对奇亚籽的灭活效应及品质的影响

摘  要:
本文探究80℃、90℃、95℃、100℃、110℃和120℃条件下,不同处理时间对口岸截获的奇亚籽的灭活效果.结果表明,经过适宜的温度和时间组合可完全抑制奇亚籽发芽,即100℃处理21 h,或110℃处理10.2 h,奇亚籽完全灭活,且该处理指标达到了检疫处理安全标准.

摘  要:
The chia seeds intercepted at the port were treated by different temperatures as 80℃,90℃,95℃,100℃,110℃ and 120℃ to test the inactivation effect of dry-heat treatment on chia seeds' germination. The results showed that the suitable combination of temperature and time can completely inhibit the germination of chia seeds. When the treatment conditions are 100℃/21 h and 110℃/10.2 h,the germination of chia seeds can be completely inactivated. These treatment schedules can meet the quarantine treatment safety standard.
