前面罩格栅对散热器性能影响探究

摘  要:
利用计算流体力学软件(CFD)软件STAR-CCM+,建立了某型重卡的格栅-散热器三维数值计算模型。对建立的模型的稳态流动进行了数值模拟,对工作时气体流动分布、流动均匀性和压力损失进行了数值计算。通过分析对比,确定格栅的各个参数对散热器流场的影响情况,确定格栅的设计方法。

摘  要:
The mathematical 3D model of grille-radiator of a heavy truck is established based on the CFD software of STARCCM +.The steady-state flow of the established model is mathematically simulated,the flow distribution,flow evenness coefficient and pressure loss are numerically calculated.The effect of various parameters of the grille to radiator flow field are analyzed and compared,and so the grille design method is determined.
