桂闽引象草对泌乳期娟姗奶牛产奶量及乳品质的影响

摘  要：
为探索桂闽引象草在奶牛业生产中的饲用价值,试验选用泌乳期娟珊奶牛20只,随机分为2组,每组10只,分别饲喂由桂闽引象草及桂牧1号杂交象草组成的日粮组合,试验期90d。结果表明:桂闽引象草营养价值高,适口性好,饲喂娟珊奶牛效果明显,产奶量较试验前提高了5.4%,平均日产奶量为11.65kg/头。乳脂率、乳蛋白以及乳总固体物质均较对照组有所提高。用桂闽引象草饲喂娟姗奶牛可以提高泌乳奶牛的产奶量和乳品质。

摘  要：
The study was conducted to research the forage value of Pennisetum purpureum Schum cv.Guiminyin in milk cow and then provided scientific support for feeding milk cow with Pennisetumpurpure um Schum cv.Guiminyin.20 female jersey cattle in lactation stage were selected,and were divided into 2groups randomly,with 10 milch jersey per group,and these groups were feed with P.purpureumSchum cv.Guiminyin and[P.purpureum.cv.Mott×(P.americanum×P.purureum)cv.Guimu No.1]as daily food ration respectively.The result showed that:P.purpureum Schum cv.Guiminyin performed well in both nutritional value and palatability,and were remarkable in the effect on feeding jersey,which was5.4% higher than that of before experiment,and daily milk yield of one jersey was 11.65±0.07 kg at average level.In comparison with control group,all the milk-fat content/milk-protein content and overall milksolid content were improved somewhat.Using P.purpureum Schum cv.Guiminyin to feed jersey could increase milk yield and milk quality of milk cow which were in lactation stage.
