杀螟硫磷的残留消解研究

摘  要:
为明确杀螟硫磷施用于甘蓝后的残留消解情况,评价其使用后的生态环境安全性,以指导其科学合理施用,并确保农产品的安全供给,采用气相色谱技术研究了杀螟硫磷的残留消解动态。通过添加回收率,建立了杀螟硫磷的残留分析方法,借助气相色谱检测技术,检测了田间试验中杀螟硫磷在甘蓝及土壤中的残留动态和最终残留情况。研究发现,杀螟硫磷在甘蓝及其土壤中较易消解,其半衰期分别为6.59和6.13d,按推荐剂量(180a.ig/hm2)施用能达安全标准。

摘  要:
In order to find out the degeneration of residual fenitrothion after applied in cabbage field, accurately appraised ecological environment security to direct the scientific reasonable utilization of fenitrothion, ensured the security of the supply of agricultural products, the degeneration behaviors of residual fenitrothion were studied by gas chromatography. Through fortified recovery experiments, an analytic method for residual fenitrothion was established: it used gas chromatography to detect the residual dynamics and the final residual behaviors of fenitrothion in cabbage and soil during the field experiments. The results indicated that fenitrothion was easier to degrade in cabbage and soil, the half-life of which were 6.59 and 6.13 d respectively. It could reach the security standard if applied with recommendatory doses(180 a.i g/hm2)to the cabbage field.
