腾冲秃杉苗木喷施微量元素的效应

摘  要:
微量元素在植物生长中具有重要作用,开展秃杉苗木施微量元素的研究,对秃杉苗木的科学培育具有重要意义。2年的试验结果表明,各微量元素对不同性状影响的主次顺序不同;3种微量元素对苗高的影响较为显著,对地径和侧根数的影响不显著,对分枝数的影响则不一;施锌促进了苗木体内生长素的合成,施锰促进了叶绿素的形成,从而使苗木生长得以提高;综合考虑各处理对秃杉苗木生长的影响情况,最佳的处理是A3B3C1,即喷施0.05%的硫酸锌和0.05%的硫酸锰,不施钼酸铵,1年生苗高和地径分别达13.8 cm和1.36 cm,2年生苗高、地径、分枝数和侧根数分别为30.6 cm、3.51 cm、14.3枝和7.2根。

摘  要:
Trace element plays an important role in plant growth,and relevant study in the spraying of trace elements on Taiwania flousiana seedlings have significant meaning for Taiwania flousiana seedling cultivation. By using L9(34) orthogonal design,in the case of the low content of Zn,Mn and Mo in Tengchong nursery soil,the spraying experiment was conducted on the basis of the application of nitrogen fertilizer and potassium fertilizer. The experimental results after 2 years shows that the different trace elements have different effects on the growth of Taiwania flousiana seedlings. Effects of these 3 trace elements on seedling height is significant,while not significant for the ground diameter and number of lateral root,and unclear relation for branch numbers. Zinc fertilizer promoted the synthesis of auxin in seedlings,and the application of manganese promoted the formation of chlorophyll,which promoted the growth of seedlings. The best treatment is A3B3C1,namely 0. 05 % zinc sulfate,0. 05 %manganese sulfate and without ammonium molybdate,1-year-seedling height and ground diameter were 13. 8 cm and 1. 36 cm,respectively,2-year-seedling height,ground diameter,branch number and the number of lateral roots were 30. 6 cm,3. 51 cm,14. 3 and 7. 2.
