高铁酸钾降解水产养殖水体中孔雀石绿的研究

摘  要:
使用高铁酸钾降解水产养殖水体中的孔雀石绿,应用单因素实验,探讨了反应时间,反应液初始pH值,孔雀石绿的初始浓度,高铁酸钾的加入量等因素对降解效果的影响。结果表明,高铁酸钾能够有效降解孔雀石绿,随着高铁酸钾用量的增加,孔雀石绿的降解效率明显提高。反应液初始pH值是影响降解效果的显著因素,碱性越强,反应速率越快,降解效果越好。当pH值为7时,孔雀石绿初始浓度为7.92 mg/L,高铁酸钾与孔雀石绿的质量比为25∶1左右,反应不超过6 h时,降解效果较好。

摘  要:
Potassium ferrate was employed to degrade the malachite green(MG) in fishery water.The influences of some factors such as the reaction time,beginning pH value of reaction solution,initial MG concentration and the dosage of potassium ferrate on the degradation of MG were discussed.The results showed that the potassium ferrate could degrade MG effectively,the degradation rate of MG enhance with the increase of the dosage of potassium ferrate.The beginning pH value of reaction solution was the significant factor that influenced the degradation of MG,the higher the basicity,the faster the reaction rate was,and the degradation better.When the initial MG concentration was 7.92 mg/L,beginning pH value was 7,the mass ratio of potassium ferrate to MG was about 25∶1,reaction time was less then 6 h,the degradation effect of MG was better.
