黄瓜靶斑病菌拮抗菌的筛选及发酵条件优化

摘  要:
目的拟从张家口地区黄瓜根际土壤中筛选黄瓜靶斑病菌的生防菌株,并优化生防菌株的发酵条件,从而为黄瓜靶斑病的生物防治提供理论依据。方法采用稀释涂布法从土壤中分离细菌,采用对峙培养法和生长速率法筛选黄瓜靶斑病菌的拮抗菌株,并单因素优化其发酵条件。结果从黄瓜根际土中分离到对黄瓜靶斑病菌有较强抑菌作用的拮抗细菌5株,其中ZL-7菌株对黄瓜靶斑病菌抑菌率最高,可达60.0%;复筛ZL-7菌株无菌发酵液对黄瓜靶斑病菌抑菌率可达67.1%;并对ZL-7菌株的发酵条件进行了优化,结果表明:最佳发酵条件温度为37℃,pH值为7,培养时间为3d。结论从黄瓜根际土中分离得到对黄瓜靶斑病菌最强抑菌作用的拮抗菌株ZL-7菌株,并优化了ZL-7菌株最佳发酵条件。

摘  要:
Objective To separate and screen the biocontrol strains of Corynespora cassiicolafrom the rhizosphere soil of cucumber,and optimize the antagonistic strain's fermentation conditions providing a theoretical basis for the biocontrol of Corynespora cassiicola.Methods The bacteria were separated from the soil by the diluted plate method,antagonistic strains were isolated by using confronted culture method,and the fermentation conditions were optimized.Results We got 5antagonistic strains by screening the bacteria isolated from rhizosphere soil of cucumber.The inhibition rate of ZL-7strain against Corynespora cassiicolain cucumber was the highest,up to 60.82%;fermentation liquid rate of ZL-7strain was69.30%.The results showed the optimal culture condition of ZL-7was culture at 37℃,with initial pH7.0for 3days.Conclusion Antagonistic strain ZL-7of Corynespora cassiicola was obtained by screening the bacteria isolated from rhizosphere soil of cucumber,and the antagonistic strain's fermentation conditions were optimized.
