新型双子表面活性剂的合成及其在苯磺隆75%水分散粒剂中的应用

摘  要:
以异辛醇,马来酸酐,乙二醇和亚硫酸氢钠为主要原料,合成乙二醇双马来酸异辛醇双酯磺酸钠(Gemini surfactant)和马来酸异辛醇单酯磺酸钠,并采用正交试验确定每一步反应的最佳反应条件。通过红外与ESI-MS确定其结构,用表面张力法测定临界胶束浓度(CMC)。将所合成的表面活性剂用于苯磺隆75%水分散粒剂(WDG),结果表明润湿剂(乙二醇双马来酸异辛醇双酯磺酸钠)用量为4%时,热贮前后悬浮率分别为96.5%,94.7%,崩解时间为55s,达到国家标准。

摘  要:
An anionic gemini surfactant and Sodium Sulfosuccinate Isooctanol Monoester were synthesized by glycol, isooctanol, sodium hydrosulfite and maleic anhydride. The structure of dispersants was confirmed by ESI-MS and FT-IR, and the critical micelle concentration tension was determined by testing surface tension. The synthesized surfactant was applied for tribenuron75% water dispersible granules( WDG). The suspension rate before and after heat storage is96.5% and 94.7%, respectively, and the disintegration time is 55 s, both of which comply with the national standards.
