水系磷酸铁锂电池体系的自放电研究

摘 要:
探讨引起水系磷酸铁锂电池自放电的原因,研究水系磷酸铁锂电池的自放电挑选工艺.在55℃搁置7 d过程中电池容量损失7%,引起容量损失的主要原因是电池内部化学反应消耗,占总容量损失的74.91%.在常温搁置28 d过程中容量损失1.45%,引起容量损失的主要因素是毛刺、粉尘等物理因素,占总容量损失的88.16%.通过探讨电池极化稳定时间,常温、高温搁置过程中内阻与K值变化,确定电池自放电挑选工艺为:100%SOC状态下搁置2 h后测OCV1,高温55℃搁置6 d后测试OCV2.

摘 要:
The cause of self-discharge of aqueous lithium iron phosphate battery is discussed. The selfdischarge selection process of aqueous lithium iron phosphate battery is studied. During the 7 days at 55 ℃, the battery capacity is lost by 7%. The main cause of capacity loss(74.91% of total capacity loss) is the internal chemical reaction of the battery. The capacity loss during the 28 days at room temperature is 1.45%. The main factors causing capacity loss are physical factors such as burrs and dust, accounting 88.16% of the total capacity loss. The self-discharge selection process of the battery is determined based on the discussion of the polarization stability time of the battery, the change of the internal resistance and the K value. OCV1 is measured after being left for 2 hours in 100% SOC state, and OCV2 is tested after leaving at 55 °C for 6 days.
