插条效应对3个云杉树种的扦插育苗对比试验

摘  要：
以采自5年生蓝云杉、丽江云杉、川西云杉采穗母株的插穗,系统研究了蓝云杉、丽江云杉、川西云杉的不同插穗条件对生根的影响。研究结果表明:插条效应对3个云杉树种的生根率影响均为蓝云杉>丽江云杉>川西云杉;各级侧枝效应对生根的影响为蓝云杉的一级侧枝的生根性状最好,丽江云杉的为一级和二级侧枝,川西云杉的为顶轮侧枝;适宜的插穗长度分别为:蓝云杉8～10 cm、丽江云杉8～12 cm、川西云杉8cm;蓝云杉和川西云杉应选择1龄枝条,丽江云杉应选择2龄枝条。

摘  要：
Adopting 5-year-old maternal plant cuttings of Picea pungens;P.likiangensis and P.balfouriana;the study was conducted on the effects of different cuttings of P.pungens;P.likiangensis and P.balfouriana on rooting.The results indicated that the cuttings effect on rooting rate of three species of Picea: P.pungens>P.likiangensis>P.balfouriana.As for the effects of all levels of lateral branch,rooting traits were that P.pungens primary lateral branch was best,P.likiangensis was primary and secondary lateral branch;P.balfouriana was top collateral.The reasonable length of the cuttings respectively were: 8~10 cm for P.pungens,8~12 cm for P.likiangensis,8 cm for P.balfouriana;For age of cuttings,P.pungens and P.balfourianas should selectly 1 year old branches,whereas P.likiangensis should select 2 years old branches.
