As representatives of the evaluation of forest tourist value,the principles and the evaluation processes of the contingent valuation method(CVM)and the travel cost method(TCM)are summarized,By contrast,the similarities and differences of the two methods are analyzed,at the same time,the suggestion of integrated application is presented.
