隆昌麻鸭脏器中铜含量的测定研究

摘 要:
[目的]为隆昌麻鸭的开发及养殖提供基础数据。[方法]研究5-Br-PADAP分光光度法测定铜含量的显色体系,并用于隆昌麻鸭脏器中铜含量的测定。[结果]隆昌麻鸭脏器铜含量的线形范围为0~7.5μg/25 ml,回归方程为A=0.031 05C-0.0197,相关系数r=0.9991,加标回收率为97.5%~104.2%。隆昌麻鸭各脏器中铜含量的大小顺序为:肝脏>心脏>肾脏>菌肝>肺。[结论]该方法操作简便、灵敏度高,可用于隆昌麻鸭脏器中铜含量的测定。

摘 要:
[Objective] The research aimed to provide basic data for the development and culture of Longchang Sheldrake.[Method] The chromogenic system for the determination of cuprum content by 5-Br-PADAP spectrophotometry was studied and it was applied in the determination of cuprum content in the viscera of Longchang Sheldrake.[Result] The linear range of cuprum content in the viscera of Longchang Sheldrake was 0-7.5 μg/25 ml and its regression equation was A=0.031 05C-0.019 7(r=0.999 1).The addition recovery rate was 97.5-104.2%.The order of cuprum content in the viscera of Longchang Sheldrake was liver>heart>kidney>liver>lung.[Conclusion] This method was simple and highly-sensitive and it can be used in the determination of cuprum content in the viscera of Longchang Sheldrake.
