花生细胞工程与遗传转化的研究对于花生品种改良、新品种繁育以及种质资源保存等具有重要意义。对二十世纪90年代以来花生高效再生技术和遗传转化研究的现状以及发展趋势进行概述和讨论。

摘  要:
Peanut is an important oil crop in the world.Cell engineering and genetic transformation provides a new approach for peanut improvement.Since the 1990's,more efforts have been made in peanut regeneration and genetic transformation in the world.In this paper,advance of the research in high-frequency regeneration in vitro and genetic transformation in peanut was reviewed.
