摘 要：
鹦鹉疱疹病毒和腺病毒是鹦鹉常见的病原体,这些疾病由于临床症状相似,所以在临床上难以区分且诊断困难。本研究建立了鹦鹉疱疹病毒和腺病毒的PCR诊断方法,对发病鹦鹉进行了诊断。随后,建立了一种双重PCR诊断方法,用于快速诊断鹦鹉疱疹病毒和腺病毒感染。

摘 要：
Infections of young budgerigar with budgerigar herpesvirus and adenovirus are common diseases. The clinical symptoms of these diseases are similar and difficult to differentiate. In this report, a duplex PCR method was developed for the fast detection of budgerigar herpesvirus and adenovirus in samples.
