江西地方黄牛Tf,Pa与AKp多态性研究

摘 要：
应用混合淀粉平板电泳法及聚丙烯酰胺垂直板电泳法测定了３个江西地方黄牛品种的转铁蛋白（Ｔｆ）、后白蛋白（Ｐａ）与碱性磷酸酶（ＡＫｐ）的多态性。计算了各自的基因型和基因频率，发现它们分受５，２，２个等位基因的控制。在Ｔｆ与Ｐａ位点上，３品种的基因型和基因频率分布皆处于Ｈａｒｄｙ－ｗｅｉｎｂｅｒｇ平衡状态；且各基因型的构成与分布在品种间没有显著性差异。

摘 要：
The starch gel electrophoresis and polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis are adopted to examine the polymorphism of transferrin (Tf), postalbumin (Pa) and alkaline phostphatase (Akp) of local yellow cattle breeds in Jiangxi (Guangfeng, Jian and Gaoan Counties).The gene types and gene frequencies in each breed were calculated,and it was discovered that they are geneticolly controlled by five,two and two alleles,and they are in the Hardy-weinberg balance too.It was also discovered that the distribution and constitution of genetypes in Tf and Pa show no significant differences among the three yellow cattle breeds.
