水杨酸对铬胁迫下玉米幼苗脯氨酸含量影响实验研究

摘  要:
铬及其化合物是印染、电镀、化工等行业的主要污染物之一,对生物体有很强的遗传毒性。研究以玉米幼苗作为实验材料,探讨了一定浓度Cr(Ⅵ)(0.1 mmol/L)胁迫下加入系列浓度(0.01 mmol/L、0.05 mmol/L、0.1 mmol/L、0.5 mmol/L)水杨酸(salicylic acid,SA)对玉米幼苗生长的影响,通过测脯氨酸含量来分析SA的缓解效应,结果表明:Cr(Ⅵ)胁迫下,添加SA的玉米幼苗根、叶中脯氨酸含量增高,且玉米幼根的脯氨酸含量高于幼叶的。说明SA可用来缓解Cr(Ⅵ)对玉米生长的胁迫效应。

摘  要:
Chromium and its compounds are one of main chemical pollutants in some industrial fields such as printing, dyeing and electroplating, and also have stronger genetic toxicity to organisms. In this paper, maize seedlings were selected as tested material, and effects of different SA concentration(0.01 mmol/L, 0.05 mmol/L, 0.1 mmol/L, 0.5 mmol/L) on maize seedling growth under Cr(Ⅵ) stress were investigated. All effects of SA were analyzed by determining proline contents. The results showed that under Cr(Ⅵ) stress, the proline content increased in roots and leaves of maize seedlings, and the proline content in roots of maize seedlings was higher than that in leaves. So, SA could alleviate the stress effect of Cr(Ⅵ) on the growth of maize seedlings.
