纳米金/丝素复合膜修饰电极的制备及对细胞色素c的直接电化学研究

摘 要:
本文研究了纳米金/丝素复合材料修饰电极的制备方法及其对生物大分子细胞色素c(Cyt c)的电催化行为。在pH7.0的磷酸盐缓冲溶液中,Cyt c在该修饰电极表面上有一对准可逆氧化还原峰,为Cyt c血红素辅基Fe(Ⅲ)/Fe(Ⅱ)电对的特征峰。实验考察了酸度和扫描速率对电流响应的影响,结果表明,纳米金/丝素复合膜促进了Cyt c的直接电子转移过程。

摘 要:
In this paper,nanoparticles modified electrode has been fabricated by combining nanotechnique with electrochemical method.The modified electrode with gold nano-particles/silk-fibroin immobilized on glassy carbon electrode was employed for electrocatalytic oxidation of cytochrome c.The effects of acidity and scan rate were investigated,and the electrocatalytic oxidation mechanism of cytochrome c at modified electrode was studied.Experimental results showed that gold nano-particles immobilized silk enhanced the direct electron transfer between cytochrome c and modified electrode.
