提取分离工艺对白头翁皂苷的影响

摘  要:
优选最佳白头翁皂苷B4提取与分离工艺。本试验采用不同萃取工艺分离白头翁皂苷;采用高效薄层色谱法、高效液相色谱法,通过比较得率、白头翁皂苷B4含量等,考察提取分离工艺对白头翁皂苷的影响。结果:工艺Ⅱ优于工艺Ⅰ。工艺Ⅱ不仅提取得率高,且皂苷B4集中在正丁醇部分。本项研究对白头翁皂苷提取分离工艺的选用提供了试验依据。

摘  要:
To study extraction and separation technology of pulchinenoside,pulsatillae was extracted by different abstraction technologyies.Pulchinenoside B4 content and yield were detected by HPLC and HPTLC.The results showed that technology Ⅱ is better than technology 1.Pulchinenoside B4 with high yield can be obtained by this technology Ⅱ and Pulchinenoside B4 was concentrated in n-butanol part.This research provides a test basis for B4 separation and purification.
