节瓜果实发育研究

摘  要:
以七星仔节瓜为试材,研究了节瓜果实发育期间果实及种子外部形态和营养品质的几个指标.结果表明:果重、果实体积、果肉厚随果实发育成熟呈“S”形曲线变化,而种子的形态发育到花后15d基本完成;花后9d的果实总糖、蔗糖含量最高,蛋白质氮和维生素C含量也保持较高水平,此时果色转浅,茸毛脱落变疏,花瓣完全收缩干枯,可为最佳商品采收期;之后,运输到果实中的营养物质大多数积累于种子,果实食用品质迅速降低.

摘  要:
Appearance form of fruit and seed, and several index of nutrient quality were investegated during fruit development using Chieh-qua as experimental material.The results show that the thickness of fruit meat changes as the"S"curve with fruit developing and maturing. The morphogeness of seed has finished in 15 days after blossom.The highest contents of total sugar and can sugar appear in the fruit about 9 days after blossom, the contents of protein-N and vitamin C also keep in high level. Meanwhile, the fruits go into the best commodity harvest period when they light their color, fall their trichome, and their floral leaves become shrinked and dried. Then, most of nutrient [substance transfered to fruit accumulate in seed, and the edible quality of fruit reduces rapidly.
