摘 要：
From the practice of the construction of the compact book stacks in our library,this paper has made the library should attach importance to work retroactively database.Because constructing database is an important basic work in the library,an important guarantee in constructing bibliographic system,an important guarantee for perfecting bibliographic information retrieval system and the precondition and basic condition for library to provide bibliographic information.Libraries should have regular maintenance of bibliographic database,so as to guarantee the completeness of bibliographic data cataloging and lay a solid foundation for bibliographic data sharing.
