植物与螺组合浮床对富营养化水体的净化效果

摘  要:
为了探明美人蕉、凤眼莲和花叶芦竹3种浮床植物单独种植及其与铜锈环棱螺组合对富营养化水体的净化效果,在玻璃温室中进行静态耗竭试验。结果表明:与对照相比,试验36 d时,各处理对水体总氮(TN)、总磷(TP)、硝态氮(NH4+-N)、氨态氮(NO3--N)具有显著的去除效果,但不同处理之间存在差异,凤眼莲与铜锈环棱螺的组合对TN、NH4+-N、NO3--N的去除效果最好,将系统中TN平均浓度从8.34 mg/L降低至2.34 mg/L,去除率达71.94%,将NH4+-N平均浓度从4.56 mg/L降低至0.67 mg/L,去除率达85.31%,将NO3--N平均浓度从3.52mg/L降低至1.42 mg/L,去除率达59.66%;美人蕉与螺的组合和凤眼莲与螺的组合对TP的净化效果相似,均将系统中TP平均浓度从0.34 mg/L降低至0.05 mg/L,去除率达85.29%,且优于单独种植浮床植物的净化效果。说明凤眼莲和美人蕉均是降低富营养化水体中氮、磷的优选植物,水生动物铜锈环棱螺对浮床植物的净化效果起到促进作用,组合浮床系统中水体总氮浓度的减少量与植物、螺生物量的增加呈显著正相关,组合浮床对富营养化水体净化效果好于植物单独处理。

摘  要:
To study the purification effect on eutrophic water bodies of growing floating-bed plant individually,and the combination of floating-bed plant and aquatic animal Bellamya aeruginosa Reeve,a static depletion experiment was adopted in glasshouse,and the physicochemical indices of water quality were determined.The floating-bed plants are Eichhorinia crassipes,Canna indica and Arundo donax var.versicolor.The result showed that the removal efficiencies of total nitrogen,total phosphorus,ammonium nitrogen,and nitrate nitrogen in water were significant compared with control group.The combination of Eichhorinia crassipes and Bellamya aeruginosa Reeve held the highest purification effect on total nitrogen,ammonium nitrogen and nitrate nitrogen in eutrophic water,which removed total nitrogen in eutrophic water by 71.94%(from 8.34 mg/L to 2.34 mg/L),ammonium nitrogen by 85.31%(from 4.56 mg/L to 0.67 mg/L),and nitrate nitrogen by 59.66%(from 3.52 mg/L to 1.42 mg/L).The combination of Eichhorinia crassipes and Bellamya aeruginosa Reeve and the combination of Canna indica and Bellamya aeruginosa Reeve exhibited similar effect on total phosphorus in eutrophic water,reducing total phosphorus by 85.29%(from 0.34 mg/L to 0.05 mg/L).The purification of eutrophic water by the combined floatingbed was more efficient than that by single floating-bed plant.The results proved that Eichhorinia crassipes and Canna indica were optimal plants to reduce nitrogen and phosphorus in eutrophic water bodies.Aquatic animal Bellamya aeruginosa Reeve improved the purification effect of floating-bed plants on eutrophic water bodies.There were significantly positive correlations between the decrement of total nitrogen concentration by the ecological floating-bed and the increased biomass of floating-bed plants and Bellamya aeruginosa(Reeve).The purification effect on eutrophic water bodies by the ecological floatingbed was better than that by growing floating-bed plant individually.
