山杨根腐病病原菌的鉴定方法

摘  要:
山杨根腐病病原菌为锐顶镰孢菌 (FusariumacuminatumEllis&Everhart) .该菌菌丝生长的最佳碳源为乳糖和淀粉 ,最佳氮源为硝酸钾 .该孢子萌发的最适宜的温度为 1 0~ 1 5℃ ,最适 pH值为 5.91~ 6.81 ,最佳相对湿度为 93% ,低于 70 %不萌发 .

摘  要:
Root rot pathogenetic bacteria of moutain poplar is Fusarium Acuminatum Ellis & Everhart.The best origin of carbin for hypha growth is lactose and starch,and the nitroge source is potassium nitrate.The suitable temperature for sprouting is 10~15 ℃,and pH value is 5.91~6.81,the relative humidity is 93%.
