基于TRIZ理论的杨树苗扦插装备的设计

摘  要:
介绍了发明问题解决理论(TRIZ)的一些基本原理以及应用方法。同时,对其中阿奇舒勒矛盾解决矩阵、物质-场分析进行了说明,并全面地应用该理论进行了杨树扦插作业装备的创新设计。在对实际问题分析的基础上,进行了系统功能分析以及矛盾的根本原因分析,通过技术矛盾定义和创新原理应用、阿奇舒勒矛盾矩阵的应用、物—场模型建立和标准解法应用,确定了装备中分苗机构和扶苗机构等主要机构的创新设计方案。

摘  要:
In this paper,basic principles and applications of the theory of inventive problem solving (TRIZ) are introduced.The techno-conflict and solving matrix,and substance-field analytic theory are illuminated.We creatively designed the equipment of poplar cuttage by using TRIZ theory systematically and comprehensively.Based on analyzing practical problems,we analyzed the system functions and root causes.By defining the technical contradictions and the application of innovation theory,using the techno-conflict and solving matrix,building materials-field model and the application of standard solution to get the innovation design solution of sapling separated mechanism and sapling straightening mechanism which are main parts in the equipment.
