摘 要：
西门塔尔牛为乳肉兼用品种,是世界第二大牛品种,全世界现有存栏数为4 100多万头。内蒙古是中国西门塔尔牛品种培育基地,西门塔尔牛已成为该地区肉牛产业的主导品种。2013年末,内蒙古肉牛存栏570万头,其中90%以上的良种与改良种为西门塔尔血统。在对西门塔尔牛生产特性进行详细分析的基础上,提出了养好西门塔尔牛的技术措施,以期为内蒙古地区的西门塔尔牛养殖提供参考。

摘 要：
Simmental is a dairy-beef dual-purpose breed and it is the second cattle breed in the world. Its present number in stock in the world is more than 41000 000. Inner Mongolia is the breeding base of Simmental in China. Nowadays Simmental has been the dominant species in beef cattle industry in Inner Mongolia. At the end of 2013, the number of beef cattle in stock in Inner Mongolia was over 5700 000, and more than 90% of fine breeds and improved breeds had Simmental bloodline. Based on analyzing the production characteristics of Simmental, some technology measures of rearing Simmental were proposed so as to provide references for breeding Simmental in Inner Mongolia.
