摘  要：
家畜早期胚胎的性别鉴定是家畜胚胎移植的重要内容,对实现动物性别的人为控制具有重要意义。近年来随着性别鉴定技术的不断发展,出现了许多鉴定方法。本文对性别决定基因、动物性别决定机理、早期胚胎性别鉴定的方法等作一简要综述。

摘  要：
Sex identification of livestock embryo is an important partof livestock embryo transfer.It is important to attain the goal of controlling animal sex artificially.In recent years,with the developmentofstudy onsex identificationoflivestock embryo,many methods for sex determination of preimplantation livestock embryo have been established.Sex determining region of Y chromosome,mechanism of animal sex determinnation and the methods for sex determination of preimplanta-tion livestock embryos were introduced in this article.
