气相色谱法测定苹果中三乙膦酸铝残留

摘  要:
建立了三乙膦酸铝在苹果上的残留分析方法。采用1%硫酸溶液超声波提取,用三甲基硅重氮甲烷在恒温下进行衍生化,气相色谱法(FPD检测器)进行测定,方法最低检测限为1.17mg/kg,回收率在71.3%~119.9%之间,变异系数4.7%~6.9%。

摘  要:
Analytical method of residues for fosetyl-Al in apple was established,fosetyl-Al residues in the samples was extracted adopting ultrasonic and 1% sulfuric acid solution,and derivative reaction was carried out using(trimethylsilyl) diazomethane in constant temperature,then it was determined by GC equipped with a FPD detector.The limit of detection was 1.17 mg/kg,average recoveries ranged from 71.3 to 119.9%,and the coefficient of variation were from 4.7 to 6.9%.
