Under the background of the national new normal economy and the rapidly developing large health indus-try,Wuzhou government department,Liupao tea companies and reseach experts detailedly analysed the current situ-ation and future development trend of Liupao tea economy,and proposed the viewpoint that Liupao tea economyhas created an important growth pole to support the development of large health industry under the new national nor-mal economy based on the original ecological advantages,the cultural heritage exploration,key element resources in-tegration.Moreover,it emerged a variety of typical models for reference.The resource distribution was optimized inorder to cultivate a billion yuan industry of Liupao tea in the big health opportunities.The structural reform of sup-ply-side and construction of Liupao tea quality assurance system were strengthened on the base of certification andstandards.The tea industry was led to reshape the glorious history following the development trends of the marketeconomy.Both the combination of production and town and the combination culture and tourism were traced to the or-igin of the original ecological advantages and profound cultural heritage.Multi cultural characteristics of the tradi-tional liupao tea processing were showed in the law of economic development in a mountainous area.Tea expo ex-change platform was held and "Internet plus" was used to promote the electronic business management of tea and so-cial information service.It have achieved remarkable results that tea economy organically combined with cultural fea-ture and characteristics of ecological town construction,which were both wealthy and strong town.in the study,it wasa good reference and guidance for the development of tea industry structure reform and industrial transformation andupgrading in the mountainous area.
