员工工作倦怠与工作投入的整合研究——以黑龙江森工林业局为例

摘  要:
以实地调研为基础,以黑龙江森工林业局为例,运用问卷调查与因子分析法及结构方程对员工的工作倦怠与投入进行研究。结果表明:工作要求的工作负荷、重复工作、轮岗因素与工作资源的社会支持要素都对黑龙江森工林业局员工的工作倦怠产生影响。因此,提出要对员工进行科学管理,提供晋升机会、改革薪酬制度、减轻员工工作负荷、减缓林业局员工轮岗频率等对策建议。

摘  要:
Based on the field investigation,in Heilongjiang Forest Industry Bureau as an example,using questionnaire investigation and factor analysis and structural equation of staff job burnout and devoted to research on the integration. The results show that the work requirements of the work load,repetition,rotation factors and job resources of social support factors are of Heilongjiang Forest Industry Bureau staff job burnout influence. Therefore,proposed to the staff of scientific management,provide opportunities for promotion,salary system reform,reduce staff workload,slow down the Countermeasures of Forestry Bureau staff rotation frequency.
