摘  要:
[目的]测定中药灯盏花(HERBA ERIGERONTIS)中微量的元素,为其开发利用提供依据。[方法]采用HNO3-HClO4(V,V5∶1)混酸作消化液处理样品,用电感藕合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定中药灯盏花中K、Ca、Cu、Na、Mg、Mn、Fe、Zn、Pb、Cd等10种微量元素含量。[结果]中药灯盏花中含有比较丰富的K(1 128.40(md)μg/g);未检出有害元素Cd和Pb;其余7种元素含量由高到低依次为Na[947.30(md)μg/g]>Ca[779.20(md)μg/g]>Mg[557.10(md)μg/g]>Zn[109.80(md)μg/g]>Fe[66.40(md)μg/g]>Cu[33.30(md)μg/g]>Mn[7.27(md)μg/g]。[结论]该方法准确、快速,为研究中药灯盏花中微量元素与药效的内在关系和更好地开发利用灯盏花资源提供了一定的理论依据。

摘  要:
[Object] To determine the content of trace element in traditional Chinese medicine HERBA ERIGERONTIS,so as to provide evidence for the development and application of HERBA ERIGERONTIS.[Method] Pretreated by HNO3-HClO4(5∶1) mixed acid,the contents of ten trace elements including K,Ca,Cu,Na,Mg,Mn,Fe,Zn,Pb,and Cd in HERBA ERIGERONTIS were determined by Inductively Coupled Plasma Atomic Emission Spectrometry(ICP-AES).[Result] HERBA ERIGERONTIS was richest in K with content of 1 128.40(md)μg/g,and contents of the other trace elements in it was determined to be Na[947.30(md)μg/g]> Ca[779.20(md)μg/g]> Mg[557.10(md)μg/g]>Zn[109.80(md)μg/g]>Fe[66.40(md)μg/g]>Cu[33.30(md)μg/g]>Mn[7.27(md)μg/g],in addition,Cd and Pb were not detected.[Conclusion] The method used in this study is accurate and rapid,and this case provides theoretical basis for the study on internal relations between trace elements in HERBA ERIGERONTIS and its efficacy,in addition to for better development and utilization of HERBA ERIGERONTIS.
