不同氮肥用量下硝化抑制剂和木醋液对土壤N_2O排放的影响

摘  要:
为了探究不同氮肥用量下硝化抑制剂双氰胺和木醋液对菜地土壤N_2O排放的影响,采用室内培养的方式,测定200,400 kg/hm2氮肥用量下菜地耕层土壤施加双氰胺和木醋液后N_2O的排放通量和累积排放量。结果表明,200 kg/hm2氮肥处理的N_2O累积排放量较对照提高了9.3倍,达到539.04 ng/m2;双氰胺处理的N_2O累积排放量为20.3 ng/m2,较氮肥处理降低了96.3%;木醋液处理的N_2O累积排放量为549.31 ng/m2,较氮肥处理提升了1.8%。400 kg/hm2氮肥处理的N_2O累积排放量为43.5 ng/m2,双氰胺处理的N_2O累积排放量较氮肥处理降低了12.9%,木醋液处理的N_2O累积排放量较氮肥处理提升37.3%。菜地土壤中氮肥的施用在一定程度上会促进土壤N_2O的排放,但过高的氮肥用量会抑制土壤N_2O的排放。双氰胺在不同氮肥用量的菜地土壤中均能降低N_2O的排放通量和累积排放量,而木醋液会少量提升菜地土壤N_2O的累积排放量。

摘  要:
To explore the influence of nitrification inhibitor dicyandiamide(DCD) and wood vinegar on the N_2O emission of vegetable soil under different nitrogen fertilizer dosage, the N_2O emission flux and cumulative emissions from vegetable soil treated with DCD and wood vinegar were determined. The results showed that 200 kg/hm2 nitrogen fertilizer treatment increased the N_2O cumulative e mission by 9.3 times compared with the control treatment, reaching 539.04 ng/m2, the N_2O emission of dicyandiamide treatment was20.3 ng/m2, which was 96.3% lower than that of nitrogen treatment, the N_2O emission of wood vinegar treatment was 549.31 ng/m2, which was 1.8% higher than that of nitrogen treatment. The cumulative N_2O emission of 400 kg/hm2 nitrogen treatment was 43.5 ng/m2, the N_2O emission of dicyandiamide treatment was 12.9% lower than that of nitrogen treatment, the N_2O emission of wood vinegar treatment was37.3% higher than that of nitrogen treatment. The application of nitrogen fertilizer in vegetable soil can promote the emission of N_2O in soil, but excessive nitrogen fertilizer will have an inhibitory effect. DCD can reduce the N_2O emission flux and cumulative emissions with different nitrogen fertilizer amounts, while wood vinegar can slightly increase the N_2O cumulative emissions.
