无腺体棉籽壳代料栽培金耳的研究

摘  要:
采用组织分离方法,比较了四种母种培养基对金耳于实体组织分离母种培养的有效率,证明豆粉蛋白胨琼脂培养基(A)和麦粒汁马铃薯培养基(B)适宜于金耳母种的分离培养。采用袋栽法,以有腺体棉籽壳为对照,观察比较了四种合不同配比无腺体棉籽壳的培养料配方对金耳原种、生产种的生长发育和生物学效率的影响,结果表明含68%无腺体棉籽壳的培养料,其菌丝生长和子实体发育均与对照相同。袋栽法的生长条件分析表明菌丝体和子实体的生长发育适宜温度分别为25℃、18℃;>100~<400lX的光照强度即可使金耳子实体发生转色变化。棉籽壳中棉酚对子实体营养无不良影响。

摘  要:
The stock spawn isolated from fresh fruitbody tissue of T. aurantialba was u-tilized in our study to examine the efficiency of mycelium growth on different media. The re-sults showed that medium A(soybean meal-peptone-agar)and medium B(wheat berry liquid-potato-agar)were good for growing stock spawn. Effects of media Ⅱ,Ⅲ, Ⅳ,Ⅴ containing different levels of glandless cottonseed shell on the growth,development and biological effi-ciency of stock spawn or cultivated spawn were compared with those of medium I containing glandular cottonseed shell in bag cultivation of T. aurantialba. The results showed that mycelium growth and fruitbody development were the same on medium Ⅲ containing 68% glandless cottonseed shell as on the control medium(medium I). The temperatures suitable for mycelium growth and fruitbody development were 25℃, 18℃,respectively,in indoor cul-tivation. The fruitbody might be discoloured under 100~400-lx light intensity. Only little gossypol was transferred from medium to fruitbody. So the nutrient value of fruitbodies from the media containing whether glandless or glandular cottonseed shell was not affected.
