38种杀菌剂对桃细菌性穿孔病菌的抑菌效果

摘  要:
采用抑菌圈法测定38种杀菌剂对桃细菌性穿孔病菌的抑菌效果,结果表明,80%代森锰锌可湿性粉剂500倍、3%中生菌素可湿性粉剂600倍、50%福美双可湿性粉剂400倍、50%乙蒜素乳油3 000倍和0.3%四霉素水剂800倍具有显著抑菌效果,抑菌圈直径分别为1.00 cm、0.98 cm、0.78 cm、0.77 cm和0.77 cm。四霉素、乙蒜素、中生菌素、福美双和代森锰锌的最低抑菌浓度分别为0.2344 mg/L、8.355 mg/L、12.5 mg/L、156.25 mg/L和200 mg/L。

摘  要:
By the inhibition zone rate method, the inhibitory effects of 38 fungicides were tested against Xanthomonas pruni(Smith) Down. The results showed that 80% mancozeb 500 times, 3% zhongshengmycin 600 times, 50% thiram 400 times, 50% ethylicin 3 000 times and 0.3% tetramycin 800 times had significant inhibitory effects and the inhibition diameters were 1.00 cm, 0.98 cm, 0.78 cm, 0.77 cm and 0.77 cm, respectively. The minimal inhibitory concentrations(MIC) of tetramycin, ethylicin, zhongshengmycin, thiram and mancozeb were 0.2344 mg/L, 8.355 mg/L, 12.5 mg/L, 156.25 mg/L and 200 mg/L respectively.
