摘  要：
蜂胶作为一种具有广泛应用前景的天然保健物质,其生物活性正越来越被人们所重视,为探究蜂胶对新城疫-传染性支气管炎二联疫苗免疫反应的影响,本研究将1日龄试验用鸡分为4组,每组80只,分别设蜂胶喷雾+疫苗组、蜂胶口服+疫苗组、疫苗组和空白对照组,以进行蜂胶对鸡新城疫-传染性支气管炎疫苗免疫反应的试验。结果发现:蜂胶产品可有效控制新城疫-传染性支气管炎二联疫苗引起的以呼吸道症状为主的疫苗反应,并对呼吸道黏膜具有保护作用,其中以喷雾效果最佳。

摘  要：
In order to explore the influence of propolis on combined vaccine against Newcastle disease and infectious bronchitis,320 Chickens at age of 1 day were divided into 4 groups:propolis(spray)+ vaccine group,propolis(oral)+ vaccine group,vaccine group and blank control group.Chickens in propolis(spray)+ vaccine group,and propolis(oral)+ vaccine and vaccine group were vaccinated with combined vaccine against Newcastle disease and infectious bronchitis 2 times either by drop or nasal immunization,while blank control group was without any treatment.From the beginning of immunization,chickens were randomly necropsied and trachea were sampled for scanning electron microscope and paraffin observation.Blood samples were collected,and levels of IBV antibody,NDV antibodies,interferonγ and interleukin 2 were analyzed.Results showed that propolis could improve IB antibody titre,but the effect is not significant.Also no significant effect of propolis on the levels of interferon-gamma and interleukin-2 was observed.
