皮卡动力选型及匹配优化研究

摘 要:
以某款皮卡的动力性、经济性和排放特性为优化目标,利用GT-Drive软件建立整车静力学、运动学和动力学仿真模型,运用仿真模型开展了动力选型匹配再优化研究。研究得到:在三款可选的发动机中,该皮卡搭载T20发动机的各项动力性指标最好,不同载荷下的百公里综合油耗均最低;三款发动机的裸机排放都未能达到国IV和国V排放标准,需要采用尾气净化装置才能达到国V标准。研究表明,皮卡可通过动力选型匹配再优化的途径,实现既能满足动力性的要求又能降低油耗、减少排放,从而达到未来节能减排标准。

摘 要:
Taking the performances of power,fuel economy and emission as optimization goals,the simulation models of statics,kinematics and dynamics of a pickup vehicle were built by using GT-Drive software. On this basis,the engine power selection and matching optimization were conducted by adopting the models. The results showed that the pickup vehicle had the best power performance and the lowest fuel consumption per 100 km when it was assembled with T20 engine among three optional engines. The original emission of all three engines can't meet the stage V emission standard of China only if all of them were equipped with exhaust gas purification devices. The results also indicated that the multiple goals of satisfying power requirement,reducing fuel consumption and toxic gas emission can be achieved on pickup vehicle by the method of engine power selection and matching optimization,which is beneficial for energy conservation and emission reduction.
