水菖蒲提取物对害虫触杀的初步研究

摘  要：
研究探讨了水菖蒲提取物对于台湾乳白蚁与樱桃红蟑螂的触杀效果。试验采用乙醇冷浸法提取,并将其提取物对台湾乳白蚁及樱桃红蟑螂进行触杀,将提取物配制成不同浓度(7%、11%、15%、19%、23%)的使用液,试验发现提取物的触杀效果随浓度增加与时间的延长愈发明显,23%的浓度使台湾乳白蚁约在7 min即可达半数致死量LD_(50),于13 min后可达死亡率100%;使樱桃红蟑螂约在8 min即可达半数致死量LD_(50),于14 min后可达死亡率100%。由此可见,水菖蒲提取物对台湾乳白蚁及樱桃红蟑螂都有着较佳的触杀效果。

摘  要：
This experiment mainly discussed the effect of the extract of acoruscalamus against Coptotermes formosanus Shiraki and Blattalaterali. In this experiment, Acoruscalamus was extracted by ethanol to prevent Coptotermes formosanus Shiraki and Blattalateralis. The extracts were prepared with different concentrations(7%, 11%, 15%, 19% and 23%). The results showed that the contact effect of the extracts increased with the concentration and time. The mortality of Coptoter mesformosanus Shiraki and Blattalateralis were increasing with the increase of the concentration of extract and treatment time. The extract with concentration at 23% caused the LD_(50) of Coptoter mesformosanus Shiraki in 7 minutes. In 13 minutes, the mortality of Coptotermes formosanus Shiraki reached 100%. And also the concentration at 23% caused the LD_(50) of Blattalateralis in 8 minutes. In 14 minutes, its mortality reached 100%. It could be seen that the extract of Acoruscalamus has a good effect on killing Coptotermes formosanus Shiraki and Blattalateralis.
