花椰菜温敏雄性不育系的育性表现研究

摘  要:
以花椰菜环境敏感型雄性不育系为试材,通过自然条件和温室分期播种的方法,对花椰菜温敏雄性不育系的育性转换进行了初步研究。结果表明:花椰菜温敏雄性不育的育性随着环境条件改变发生转换。当日平均温度在17.6~25℃时,表现稳定不育;日平均温度为16~17.2℃时,则表现部分可育;低于16℃时,表现为育性恢复,自交结实率达到100%,获得了花椰菜温敏雄性不育系在不同条件下的育性转换模式,为实现花椰菜两系法杂交制种奠定了基础。

摘  要:
Fertility of cauliflower thermo-sensitive male sterile lines was studied through different date sowing in field and greenhouse.The results showed that fertility of thermo-sensitive male sterility change with environmental conditions conversion.When the daily average temperature of fertility sensitive was 17.2~25℃,showing the steady infertility;daily average temperature was 16~17.2℃,showing partial infertility.But it showed fertility resume when daily average temperature was lower 16℃.We obtained under fertility conversion model of different conditions to laid the foundation for two-line hybrid cauliflower seed production.
