枫杨叶片提取液对油菜种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响

摘  要：
本实验采用三种方法浸提枫杨叶片,用提取液处理油菜的种子,并进行培养实验。结果表明:三种提取液对枫杨的种子萌发和幼苗生长具有不同程度的抑制作用,这种抑制作用与提取方法和提取液浓度有关。究其原因可能与枫杨的次生代谢产物和内源激素有关。

摘  要：
The experiment takes three methods to withdraw Pterocarya's leaves,taking the extract liquid to process seed of Rape,and developing the young sprout.The experiment result indicates that the three extracting liquors have differently restrictive effect and the this effect become stronger as the concentration of the extract solution increased.The reason could be the product of second supersession and internal hormone of Pterocarya.It is necessary to approach the subject from different angles.
