行业特色高校公共管理类本科生实践教学基地长效运行机制构建——以南京农业大学为例

摘  要:
实践教学是高校培养复合型创新性人才的关键手段,是提高本科生实践能力和综合素质的重要方法。实践教学基地是实现这一目的的重要场所。该研究以南京农业大学为例,应用问卷调查,发现行业特色高校中实践教学基地的运行机制存在系统性的分工协作不足,利益共赢机制缺失,评估保障措施不完备等问题。在分析实践教学基地建设的现状与问题的基础上,提出针对性的建议,为高校完善实践教学基地建设,建立长效的实践教学运行机制提供参考。

摘  要:
The practical teaching is the key method to cultivate the innovative talents in colleges and universities. It is also an important way to improve undergraduate practical ability and overall quality. Practice teaching base is an important place for this purpose. Taking Nanjing Agricultural University as an example,applied questionnaire,it was found that the division of labor shortage,lack of benefit and win-win mechanism,incompleteness of safeguards assessment and other issues. On the basis of analysis on current situation and problems of practice teaching base construction,targeted recommendations were put forward,which will provide a reference for improvement of practice teaching base,establishment of long-term operation mechanism.
