一株喹诺酮耐药大肠杆菌耐药基因检测

摘  要:
黑龙江省齐齐哈尔市周边发生了仔猪腹泻情况,通过检测发现致病菌为致病性大肠杆菌。通过药敏试验发现其对恩诺沙星、左氧氟沙星等喹诺酮类药物耐药。通过PCR探究其携带的耐药基因,发现其含有喹诺酮耐药基因aac(6')-Ib-cr。表明该株大肠杆菌为质粒介导的喹诺酮耐药菌株,通过aac(6')-Ib-cr基因编码的变种氨基糖苷甲基转移酶修饰喹诺酮类药物,从而导致药物抗菌活性下降,菌株产生了药物耐药性。

摘  要:
Piglet diarrhea occurred around Qiqihar City,Heilongjiang Province.The pathogenic bacteria were found to be pathogenic Escherichia coli.Through drug sensitivity test,it was found that it was resistant to quinolones such as enrofloxacin and dafloxacin.PCR was used to explore the drug resistance gene,and it was found that it contained quinolone resistance gene aac(6')-Ib-cr.The results showed that the strain was aplasmid mediated quinolone resistant strain.Quinolones were modified by aminoglycoside acetyltransferase encoded by aac(6')-Ib-cr gene,resulting in the decrease of antibacterial activity,the increase of MIC value and drug resistance.
