中、高、本一体化人才培养的思考

摘 要：
现代职业教育明确提出,打通从中职、专科、本科到研究生的上升通道。辽宁省已经进行了一定的探索,制定了"中、高等职业教育相关专业一体化人才培养方案"、专升本考试大纲等。但也存在着办学手段不灵活、生源紧缺、课程设置重复、划段分工不明确等不合理现象,可以从政策上给予引导与激励、扩大社会影响面并实施注册入学、明确分工等方面予以解决。

摘 要：
Modern vocational education system has clearly put forward that the channel should be gotten through from the vocational, higher vocational, undergraduate to graduate students. Liaoning Province has carried out a definite exploration,developing a "talent cultivating program related to certain specialties of vocational and higher vocational education", as well as the undergraduate examination outline. Although there are some unreasonable phenomenon existing, for example, inflexible of running a school, lack of students, repeating of the curriculum setting, and unclear of the labor division, some measures can be offered from the following aspects: guidance and encouragement of the policy, expansion of social impact, implementation of enrollment, and a clear division of labor.
