药剂诱导水稻幼苗抗寒机制研究

摘  要:
研究两个早稻品种在3种不同药剂(诱抗剂、植物抗寒剂、ABA)处理下经低温胁迫的若干生 理生化效应。低温胁迫下(6°C),药剂诱导水稻幼苗叶片中过氧化物酶、超氧化物歧化酶活性和叶绿素 含量升高,细胞粘度增大,游离脯氨酸积累增加,以及叶片电解质渗漏量减少。三种药剂的抗寒效果 为诱抗剂优于植物抗寒剂和ABA。

摘  要:
Physiological and biochemical effects of three pharmaceuticals [You KangJi (YKJ), Zhi Wu Kang Han Ji (ZWKHD), ABA]on two early rice varieties were studied under low temperature. It was discovered that under low temperature, in the leaves of chemical-treated rice seedlings, SOD and POD activities and chlorophyll stability increased, cell viscosity enhanced, free proline accumulated and electrolyte leakage decreased. Efficiency of cold resistance induction of YKJ was the best among the three chemical products tested.
