摘 要:
以现有港口为评价目标,建立了基于熵权的多目标决策分析模型,结合模糊数学和熵的思想,运用多属性决策分析中的双基点法,对我国沿海大连港、秦皇岛港、天津港、青岛港的港口资源进行了定量评价,得出了比较满意的结果。

摘 要:
In order to appraise the existing ports, an entropy-based evaluation model for Multiple Objective Decision Making is established. Combining misty mathematics, the thought of entropy, and the method of double base point in multi-property decision analysis, this paper carries on quantity evaluation of port of Dalian, port of Qinhuangdao, port of Tianjin and port of Qingdao in China's seaside. Result of the model accord with the fact, so it can be seen that the method is valid.
