恩施高硒区土壤、水及几种植物硒含量的测定

摘  要:
利用硝酸-高氯酸混合酸对样品进行消化,采用氢化物原子吸收法对湖北恩施高硒区的土壤、水及几种植物的硒含量进行测定。结果表明,土壤硒含量为20.8164mg/kg,溪水硒含量为0.0335mg/L,植物样品硒含量最高的达192.2450mg/kg。该方法硒的检出限达到2ng/mL,相对标准偏差为2.56%,相关系数大于0.9990,线性范围为0~80ng/mL,加标回收率在93%~103%之间。

摘  要:
The contents of total selenium in soil, water and plants from selenium deposits in Enshi of Hubei province were determined by the hydride generator and atomic absorption spectrophotometer after digested by nitric acid-perchloric acid mixed acid. The results showed that selenium content of soil and stream water were 20.816 4 mg/kg and 0.033 5 mg/L,respectively. The highest selenium content of plant samples was up to 192.245 0 mg/kg. The detection limit was 2 ng/mL,RSD was 2.56%. The linear range of standard curve was 0~80 ng/mL(r2>0.999 0).
