内蒙古雷电灾害易损性风险评估与区划研究

摘  要:
利用内蒙古地区1971~2011年118个气象站观测资料和1998~2011年雷电灾害数据及内蒙古2012年统计年鉴数据,选取雷暴日数、雷电灾害频度、生命易损模数和经济损失模数作为雷电灾害易损性风险评估指标,运用层次分析法计算出各盟市雷灾易损性风险值,然后采用5级分区法对内蒙古地区雷电灾害综合易损性进行区划。结果表明,雷电灾害极高易损区集中在呼和浩特市,高易损区分布在包头和通辽地区,中易损区分布在呼伦贝尔、兴安盟、赤峰和乌兰察布市,低易损区分布在锡林郭勒、鄂尔多斯、巴彦淖尔和乌海市,阿拉善盟为极低易损区。

摘  要:
Using the observational thunder storm data of 118 stations from 1971 to 2011,lightning disaster statistics data from 1998 to 2011 and the 2012 Statistical Yearbook data in Inner Mongolia,the thunderstorm characteristics of climate change and the characteristics of lightning disaster are studied. Annual mean thunderstorm days,lightning disaster frequency,life vulnerability modulus and economic loss modulus are presented as lightning disaster vulnerability risk evaluation indexes of thunderstorm disasters in Inner Mongolia. Based on them,the vulnerability assessment structure of thunderstorm disasters is given with analytical hierarchical process and weighted comprehensive analysis. Then,the vulnerability assessment indices of thunderstorm disasters are classified as five grades with given values. The comprehensives vulnerability assessment indices of these twelve cities are also graded as corresponding five degrees. Finally,vulnerability division of the lighting disaster is obtained based on the vulnerability degree values of the twelve cities in Inner Mongolia. The result shows that Hohhot belongs to the maximal damageable area. Baotou and Tongliao belong to the high damageable area. Hulunbeier,Xinganmeng,Chifeng and Wulanchabu belong to the medium damageable area. Xilin Gol,Erdos,Bayannur and Wuhai belong to the low damage-able area. Alashan area belongs to the least low vulnerability.
