层流炉装置的改进设计和实验

摘  要:
研制了一种以等离子体为主加热热源,配合管壁保温措施的新型层流炉装置。与传统的层流炉相比,该装置具有温度分布均匀,层流区间更宽等优点。利用该系统对棉花秆进行了闪速加热条件下的热挥发特性实验。结果表明,该装置性能稳定可靠,可以用来研究固体燃料颗粒的闪速热解特性。

摘  要:
Based on a series of experiments, a new type of laminar entrained flow reactor (LEFR) was developed, tested and improved, in which a plasma flow jet was used as the major heating source. Compared with the conventional LEFR, the uniform temperature profile and the desirable laminar flow were obtained in testing area. Cotton stalk was chosen as feed stock for pyrolysis which was conducted on the LEFR successfully.
