高效液相色谱法测定六茜素含量

摘  要:
采用水杨酸作内标,以甲醇∶水(80∶20)为流动相,紫外302 nm 为检测波长,建立了六茜素含量测定的反相高效液相色谱法。其对六茜素的最低检测质量浓度为0.5 m g/L,六茜素质量浓度Y在1~80 m g/L范围内与六茜素峰高和内标峰高的比 X 成良好的线性关系,回归方程为Y = 29.699X + 0.045,r =0.999 9。日内与日间精密度分别为0.97% 和1.01% 。对3 批六茜素样品的含量测定结果表明,该方法简便、快速、准确。

摘  要:
A high performance liquid chromatograph method for the quantitative determination of pyroline (2 methylhydroquinone) was established. The samples were added salicylic acid as an internal standard and chromatographed on a reversed phase IRREGULAR H C 18 column with UV detection at 302 nm. The mobile phase was CH 3OH H 2O=80∶20. The column temperature was 20℃ and flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. The calibration curve was Y=29.699X+0.045, r=0.999 9. It was linear within the concentration range of 1.0 80.0 mg/L and minimum detectable concentration was 0.5 mg/L. Intra day and inter day RSD were 0.97% and 1.01%, respectively. By using this method, the concentration of pyroline in the samples were determined. The method has been proved to have the advantage of easy, fast and precise.
