摘 要:
于2013年调查了贵州省云台山4种喀斯特水体浮游藻类群落结构,分别为景观河道(S1)、浅泉池(S2)、深泉池(S3)、茶店河河流汇水处(S4),同步测定了水体理化指标并进行了水质评价,分析了浮游藻类群落与水体理化参数的关系。结果表明共检测到浮游藻类8门30科64属142种,其中绿藻门种类最多,有25属60种,占总数的42.25%;其次为硅藻门18属42种,蓝藻门11属17种,裸藻门3属10种,甲藻门3属5种,隐藻门2属4种,金藻门1属3种,黄藻门1属1种。不同水体浮游藻类群落结构存在一定的差异,S1和S2群落相似度最高。浮游藻类细胞密度为7.900×105~7.999×107个/L。Marglef指数d值为3.02~4.62,Shannon-Wiener指数H值为2.21~3.43,Evenness指数e值为0.50~0.88。水质评价结果显示,S1为Ⅲ-Ⅳ类水,S2为Ⅱ-Ⅲ类水,S3及S4为Ⅰ类水体。总体上总磷、总氮含量及化学耗氧量是影响贵州云台山喀斯特水体浮游藻类群落结构的主要因素。

Community structure of phytoplankton was studied on four kinds of karst water from Yuntai Mountain in Guizhou in 2013, and the four kinds of karst water were landscape river(S1), shallow pool(S2), deep spring pool(S3), and Chadian River catchment(S4), separately. The water quality was evaluated, and the relationship between phytoplankton community and water physical and chemical index was also analyzed. 142 taxa of phytoplankton belonging to 64 genera,30 families of 8 phyla had been identified, of which the most abundant was Chlorophyta,with 60 species of 25 genera, taking up 42.25% of the total, followed successively by Bacillariophyta,with 42 species of 18 genera; Cyanophyta, with 17 species of 11 genera; Euglenophyta, with 10 species of 3 genera; Dnophyta,with 5 species of 3 genera; Cryptophyta, with 4 species of 2 genera;Chrysophyta, with 3 species of 1 genera; Xanthophyta, with 1 species of 1 genera. There were some differences between phytoplankton community structure in different water, but S1 and S2 had the highest community similarity. The cell density of phytoplankton ranged from 7.900×105cells / L to 7.999×107cells / L. The values of Marglef index ranged from 3.02 to 4.62, the values of Shannon-Wiener index ranged from 2.21 to 3.43 and the values of Evenness Index ranged from 0.50 to 0.88. The water quality evaluation results showed that the water quality of S1 was between Ⅲ and Ⅳclasses, S2 was between Ⅱ andⅢ classes, S3 and S4 were bothⅠ class. The values of total phosphorus, total nitrogen and chemical oxygen demand were the main factors that influenced the community structure of phytoplankton in Karst water of Yuntai Mountain.
