摘 要:
以野生药用植物九眼独活的幼嫩叶片为材料,研究2,4-D分别与KT,6-BA的不同组合对九眼独活愈伤组织诱导的影响。结果表明:KT和6-BA会明显降低九眼独活愈伤组织诱导频率,对愈伤组织的生长有明显的抑制作用,但能降低愈伤组织的褐化程度;低浓度的2,4-D在愈伤组织诱导中起着重要作用,并能获得生长状态好的愈伤组织,通过筛选获得诱导九眼独活愈伤组织的最适培养基,即MS+2,4-D0.2mg/L。

摘 要:
Taking young leaves of wild medicinal plants Aralia cordata Thunb.as the material,the effect of 2,4-D and KT,6-BA different combinations on the callus induction of Araliac ordata Thunb.were studied.The results showed that 6-BA and KT,added in induction media,decreased calli initiation frequency and their growth rate had been strained;but can reduce the degree of browning callus;low concentrations of 2,4-D in callus induction played an important role,and can get a good callus growth state,the results showed that the most suitable induction culture medium was MS+2,4-D 0.2mg/L.
