摘  要:
The paper introduced Tieguanyin tea leave picking,sunning,cooling,withering,rolling,fermentation and drying of black tea processing technology.The finished product had good characteristics of fresh,dry,full and sweet taste and special fragrance named as ‘Milan' taste in Chinese.
